Responsibilities
Operational, organizational and administrative support for the entire team
Processing and digitization of incoming and outgoing business mail, as well as scheduling and monitoring appointments
Assistance in preparing, conducting and following up on internal projects and meetings
Support in the analysis and evaluation of business metrics (e.g. utilization, deadline monitoring, time tracking)
Assistance with the preparation, review and dispatch of fee invoices and follow-up on outstanding items
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of DATEV DMS is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Friendly, reliable and service-oriented
