About the role

  • Executive Assistant to support data management business unit, managing executives' calendars and communications. Handling reports, travel, and administrative tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings.
  • Assisting the executives at meetings and preparing minutes for the meeting.
  • Preparing administrative reports that the executives may require.
  • Assisting with organizing executive events, coordinating across partners, managing invoices
  • Managing travel bookings and expenses for executive travel
  • Managing reimbursements and bills, as well as assisting with administrative approvals and communication

Requirements

  • Graduation, with any specialization
  • Project Management & Co-ordination
  • Fluent communication
  • Attention to Detail
  • Interpersonal Skills, being able to interact with senior leadership.
  • Problem solving & prioritization.
  • Functioning of Outlook, MS office
