About the role

  • Payroll Specialist advising clients on payroll processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Creating payroll and managing contracts while supporting legal and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our clients: You are the primary contact and provide comprehensive advice to our clients on payroll and wage accounting
  • Preparation and management of payroll: You take responsibility for preparing payroll and wage statements and ensure professional, legally compliant deductions, certifications, and reporting
  • Preparation of employment contracts: You support the preparation of employment contracts and ensure that all relevant legal and tax aspects are taken into account
  • Support during audits: You actively assist with social security and payroll tax audits to ensure smooth execution
  • Calculations and advisory services: You prepare tax and social security calculations and provide competent advice to our clients

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree: You have successfully completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or comparable further qualifications
  • Solid expertise: You bring several years of solid experience in social security and payroll tax law
  • Approach: Service-oriented and innovative thinking, combined with careful action and organizational skills, characterize you
  • Working style: You have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Demeanor: With a confident and personable manner and strong communication and presentation skills, you win people over
