About the role

  • Servicetechniker inspecting and maintaining storage systems for BITO in Germany. Involves customer communication and technical problem-solving for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Inspection of racking systems at our customers' sites in Germany and, where applicable, abroad
  • Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical handling and clarification of customer inquiries
  • Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer appointments
  • Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks
  • Handling complaints and developing solutions to technical problems

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Electrician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) with additional qualification as a certified electrical specialist, or alternatively vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Experience in performing maintenance and service work is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
