Responsibilities
Independently conduct performance analyses in the B2B segment, including data preparation and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
Analyze and prepare complex data across all sales channels
Create informative reports and provide processable datasets for external service providers (e.g., call centers)
Closely coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, external service providers, and sales partners
Prepare information and decision-making materials for management
Contribute to complex projects, in particular data consolidations, content preparation, and ensuring quality and process standards
Requirements
Degree in Business/Economics with a focus on data analysis and data management; preferably a Master of Science (M.Sc.), e.g., in Industrial Engineering
Excellent knowledge of and confident use of relevant IT applications, in particular Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics Planner, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Gamma
Solid experience working with common software solutions and CRM systems
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
