Responsibilities

  • Lead People topics in Spain
  • Deliver smooth onboarding & offboarding experiences
  • Own payroll operations with provider
  • Run and optimize local benefits
  • Handle employee relations and compliance
  • Support local rollout of People programs
  • Identify ways to automate People Ops tasks
  • Coach leaders on People topics
  • Contribute to employer presence in Spain
  • Own or co-lead cross-country People project

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience across People/HR
  • Business partnering mindset
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, scaling environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Based in Barcelona or Madrid
