About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for HRSD within a global company. Managing product roadmap and leading implementation projects in different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product owner for HRSD within the organization;
  • Define and manage the solution roadmap;
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of improvements and requests;
  • Ensure system governance (processes, access, standards and quality);
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and HR process automation;
  • Lead change management and tool adoption initiatives;
  • Act as the focal point between business areas, IT and vendors;
  • Lead HRSD implementation and rollout projects across different regions;
  • Coordinate global and local stakeholders;
  • Manage schedules, scope, risks and budget;
  • Ensure deliveries meet deadlines, cost and quality expectations;
  • Oversee external partners and technical teams;
  • Develop communication and training plans.

Requirements

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Solid experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role;
  • Experience in project management (preferably in global environments);
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD) and HR processes (HR Operations, Employee Services, etc.);
  • Strong backlog prioritization and management skills;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Nice to have: experience with HRSD implementations;
  • Certifications in ServiceNow, Agile or Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.);
  • Experience in multinational environments;
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector;
  • Availability for immediate start.
