Product Owner responsible for HRSD within a global company. Managing product roadmap and leading implementation projects in different regions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the product owner for HRSD within the organization;
Define and manage the solution roadmap;
Prioritize and manage the backlog of improvements and requests;
Ensure system governance (processes, access, standards and quality);
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and HR process automation;
Lead change management and tool adoption initiatives;
Act as the focal point between business areas, IT and vendors;
Lead HRSD implementation and rollout projects across different regions;
Coordinate global and local stakeholders;
Manage schedules, scope, risks and budget;
Ensure deliveries meet deadlines, cost and quality expectations;
Oversee external partners and technical teams;
Develop communication and training plans.
Requirements
Education: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
Advanced/Fluent English;
Solid experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role;
Experience in project management (preferably in global environments);
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD) and HR processes (HR Operations, Employee Services, etc.);
Strong backlog prioritization and management skills;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Nice to have: experience with HRSD implementations;
Certifications in ServiceNow, Agile or Project Management (PMP, Scrum, etc.);
Experience in multinational environments;
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors;
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector;
Availability for immediate start.
