About the role

  • Account Executive guiding founders and HR leaders in Tech & Engineering sectors to implement Alan's healthcare solutions for their organizations. Driving full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while developing strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with founders and HR leaders across SaaS, software, and engineering & design teams with 30–300 employees — highly qualified workforces often covered by the Syntec collective agreement where Alan has strong brand recognition and market leadership.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer accounts.
  • Lead education and demos: deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Influence product development by sharing customer insights.
  • Help improve our sales methods and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Be part of a collaborative team with big ambitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing; prospecting is a key part of the role.
  • Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and an advanced level of English.
  • Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills.
  • Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate within a small team.
  • Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
