About the role

  • Account Executive in the HCR industry managing full sales cycle from prospection to closing. Partnering with decision-makers in Hotels and Restaurants sectors for tailored health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR managers to founders across Hotels, Restaurants, Fast Food chains, Cafés, Bakeries, and Collective Catering.
  • Full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
  • Strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer relationships.
  • Education & demos: deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Shape our product evolution by feeding customer insights into product development.
  • Contribute to improving our processes and overall sales strategy.
  • Participate in growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Be part of a collaborative team with big ambitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a core part of the role.
  • Full professional proficiency in French (C2) and an advanced level of English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
