About the role

  • Account Executive driving enterprise sales for Alan, a health partner in France. Engage with prospects, manage sales cycle, and ensure effective onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll own the entire sales cycle, **from prospecting to closing**.
  • In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with **1,000-10,000 employees**.
  • This segment represents approximately **7M potential members** across ~7,000 companies in France.
  • At Alan, Account Executives **drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects**.
  • We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding.
  • You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
  • You are expected to understand and apply the **Alan Smart & Soft selling method**.

Requirements

  • Have **at least 8 years of experience** managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Have full working proficiency in **French** (C2 and above) and an advanced level in **English**.
  • Are highly **organized with exceptional follow-up skills**;
  • Have **empathy** and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
  • Can **influence** through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
  • Have a deep understanding of **value drivers** in recurring revenue business models;
  • Have a great attitude and ability to **collaborate** in a small team;
  • Are eager to **learn fast **and make an impact from day 1;
  • Are based in (or willing to relocate to) **Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille.**
