Responsibilities
Independent management of our existing customer base and acquisition of new customers
Presentation of our products and services to electrical contracting companies and specialist planners
Independent design of emergency lighting systems, including lighting calculations based on site surveys or floor plans
On-site advisory support during installation during the implementation of acquired projects
Planning and execution of customer retention activities
Conducting price and closing negotiations to secure new contracts
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the electrical trades (e.g., electronics technician for automation, energy/building services, system electronics technician, or equivalent)
Ability to independently familiarize yourself with complex technical systems and develop structured solutions
Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident demeanor even in challenging situations
Commitment to actively shape processes and projects to create added value
Solid basic IT skills (MS Office, IP addressing)
