About the role

  • Vendedor Externo visiting clients and is responsible for sales at Magnum Tires. Focused on customer satisfaction and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative technical visits to customers.
  • Assist in monitoring product delivery to customers.
  • Register customers and monitor order release.
  • Perform after-sales service and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales and brand promotion events.
  • Actively prospect new clients and provide specialized consulting.
  • Reactivate the customer portfolio and recover former customers in the consumer sector.
  • Manage the customer portfolio through visits, contacts, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Execute consultative sales, ensuring each product is used for the correct application, guaranteeing safety, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (CNH, categories AB or B).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interest in working with the public / customer-facing role.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative profile.
  • Willingness and motivation to perform active client acquisition/prospecting.
  • Previous sales experience (experience with tires is a plus).
