Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end experience design across complex digital, service, and brand touchpoints.
Own the design approach from discovery and framing through to delivery and optimisation.
Conduct and synthesise research and testing to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Translate insight into artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Facilitate co-design and stakeholder workshops, driving alignment and clarity across disciplines.
Mentor and guide mid-weight and junior designers, uplifting the craft and strategic thinking of the broader team.
Partner with creative, strategy, and technology leads to shape integrated, experience-led solutions.
Champion design systems, accessibility, and best practice, ensuring our experiences are usable, inclusive, and delightful.
Present confidently to clients, helping them connect design thinking with business and customer outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in experience, service, or product design across agency, consultancy, or in-house environments.
Proven ability to lead projects and teams, managing client relationships and delivery outcomes.
Strong research and synthesis skills, translating insights into actionable design strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and related design and collaboration tools.
Expertise in information architecture, prototyping, and design systems.
Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
A compelling portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership, design impact, and team collaboration.
Experience in coaching and mentoring other designers (desirable).
Familiarity with CX strategy, behavioural design, or emerging tech (AI, motion, data-driven design) (desirable).
