About the role

  • Growth Marketing Lead overseeing go-to-market strategies and acquisition for Assetron.ai and other SaaS products. Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance product adoption and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead - SaaS to build and run the acquisition and go-to-market engine for Ajmera Infotech Inc.’s SaaS clients, with an immediate and primary focus on Assetron.ai’s upcoming launch.
  • You will define ideal customer profiles and messaging.
  • Build the marketing website and landing pages (working with design/engineering as needed).
  • Create and optimize acquisition funnels.
  • Set up analytics and attribution.
  • Run experiments to drive qualified signups, demos, and revenue.
  • Work closely with the leadership team at Ajmera Infotech Inc. and collaborate with a strong global engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in one or more of the following roles: Growth Marketing, Performance/Demand Generation, Product Marketing with strong acquisition emphasis.
  • Proven experience owning or significantly driving acquisition for a SaaS product (preferably zero-to-one or early-stage).
  • Ability to write strong, clear, conversion-focused marketing copy for technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with: building/working with marketing sites and landing pages (e.g., Webflow, Wix, WordPress, or through collaboration with front-end developers), setting up and optimizing paid campaigns, using analytics tools and making decisions from data.
  • Strong comfort working closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Track record of designing experiments, learning quickly from results, and iterating.
  • Enthusiastic about using modern AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted writing, image/video generation, marketing automation, analytics copilots) as a core part of your day-to-day workflow, while maintaining strong human judgment and brand consistency.
