About the role

  • User Growth/Relationship Manager handling High-Net-Worth Individual client portfolios for a prominent Fintech Unicorn in Indonesia. Focused on building relationships and driving user growth through tailored engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
  • Develop personalized engagement and growth strategies tailored to each client’s financial goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively provide insights or recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 2 - 8 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, private banking, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing HNWI or premium client portfolios is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial products (investments, trading, wealth products, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio and growth data.
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
