About the role

  • Business Development Manager at Air Liquide analyzing market trends and developing new opportunities. Building relationships and negotiating contracts in the industrial gas sector.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
  • Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
  • Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
  • Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
  • Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.
