About the role

  • Sales Manager for AHORN Hotels & Resorts enhancing customer relationships, engaging in hotel presentations, and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, including customer visits
  • Present the hotel at trade fairs and client events
  • Acquire new clients (new business development)
  • Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients
  • Plan, organize and implement sales-promoting activities, such as creating mailings followed by telemarketing
  • Prepare proposals and offers
  • Maintain customer records in Fidelio Suite 8 and NextGuest (training provided if needed)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or in sales
  • Experience preparing correspondence and mailings, data management, research and compiling statistics
  • Strong organizational skills and an outgoing, communicative personality
  • Valid Class B driving licence (car)
