Responsibilities

Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Continuously learn about the companys products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Provide regular updates on progress, lead status, and key metrics to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and pitch solutions.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
