About the role

  • Service Sales Account Manager managing sales territory and selling service contracts in Central Italy. Collaborating with teams and generating new business while maintaining existing contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Selling service contracts to assigned accounts in Central-Italy
  • Managing a Sales Territory with full accountability
  • Maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business
  • Providing accurate business forecasts for your territory
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with the local Field Service organization and other members of the Service Sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field, or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in laboratory product sales, ideally within Agilent’s markets
  • Strong negotiation skills across all organizational levels, including occasional engagement with C-suite executives
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
  • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key internal and external partners
  • Mother-tongue Italian, B2/C1 level in English is a must
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with leading CRM systems is an advantage
  • Valid driving license
