- Key Account Manager managing Coop account while driving category growth and executing commercial initiatives at Perfetti Van Melle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer strategies that align with Perfetti Van Melle’s business objectives
- Develop annual customer plans focusing on distribution, innovation, visibility and activation
- Independent management of annual negotiations on terms and conditions
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with our retail partners to capture the potential of common growth and value creation
- Key internal sparring partner for respective customer matters towards other departments
- Business result responsibility for assigned customer portfolio including the forecasting process
- Continuous sales and portfolio analyses, leading to impactful plans and executions in-store
- Being entrepreneurial and drive assigned portfolio with own ideas
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape and customer dynamics
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as negotiation expertise
- Proven ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and maintain trusting relationships
- Eager to take ownership for the development of assigned portfolio and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
