About the role

  • Graduate Service Sales Account Manager for Agilent promoting service contracts across Scotland and North East England. Role involves maintaining contracts and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling service contracts to assigned accounts across Scotland and North East England
  • Maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business to reach financial targets
  • Regular travel to customer sites within assigned territory
  • Managing the installed base inventory, service levels and contract set-up
  • Creatively tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Generating new business possibilities and identifying sales opportunities
  • Driving account plans for growth
  • Monitoring and reporting contract performance and value

Requirements

  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Some experience in sales, preferably within Agilent’s markets or in enterprise services such as software or IT
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
  • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Full drivers license
  • Fluent in English
