About the role

  • TA Operations Specialist at Agero optimizing talent acquisition experience and enhancing recruiting technology. Collaborating on onboarding processes and supporting candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Our Recruitment Technology: Be the subject matter expert (SME) on our TA tech stack, playing a lead role in the development, maintenance, and team adoption of tools to create a modern and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support and Optimize the Top-of-Funnel Candidate Journey: Proactively support our candidate engagement strategy by coordinating the administration of tools, nurturing talent communities, and ensuring every new applicant receives a swift and positive first impression.
  • Amplify the Agero Talent Brand: Take ownership of our talent brand presence online. You will develop and execute a plan for maintaining and refreshing content on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Built In Boston, partnering with marketing to ensure our story captivates top talent.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Assume full ownership of the scheduling and onboarding processes for all Corporate and Contact Center hires. You will be empowered to identify and implement efficiencies that improve the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a Key Partner: Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and TA leadership on various talent projects within our ATS (Greenhouse). You will also help manage relationships with external technology partners, serving as a key point of contact for the team.
  • Provide Versatile Team Support: Embody our "all-hands-on-deck" spirit by providing ad-hoc sourcing support during high-volume periods and contributing your skills to critical People Team and TA projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination role with direct interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
  • A proactive, accountable, collaborative attitude with a demonstrated ability to contribute to team projects and new initiatives.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems and processes to drive efficiency and impact.
