  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Design and optimize core product loops that drive repeat usage and habit formation (e.g., learning paths, rewards, progression systems).
  • Improve early user experience (first session, first week) to increase activation and reduce churn.
  • Partner with content and design teams to ensure experiences are engaging, intuitive, and age-appropriate.
  • Own subscription and IAP experiences, including paywalls, pricing, packaging, and offer strategy.
  • Optimize conversion surfaces across onboarding, in-product prompts, and lifecycle moments.
  • Balance monetization with long-term retention and learning outcomes.
  • Define and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap across onboarding, engagement, and monetization.
  • Use data, user research, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and continuously improve performance.
  • Identify friction across the funnel (e.g., onboarding drop-off, content discovery, payment failures).
  • Simplify and streamline the experience across devices and user types (parent vs. child).
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Art, UX, Data Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Align stakeholders on strategy, trade-offs, and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly with leadership on progress, risks, and results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products (mobile or web).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on growth metrics such as retention, engagement, or monetization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and evaluate experiments.
  • Experience running A/B tests and building experimentation roadmaps.
  • Ability to define product strategy and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits

  • 90% of employee health and welfare benefits premiums & 65% of dependent benefits premiums
  • A 401(k) program with employer match
  • 15 paid vacation days (increases to 20 days on your 3rd anniversary), 12 observed national paid holidays, 9 sick days, and 16 paid volunteer hours per year
