About the role

Requirements
- Extensive experience designing digital products or services.
- Strong skills in lateral leadership of interdisciplinary product teams.
- Experience in project management (budgeting, contract management, and controlling/financial monitoring).
- User-centered mindset and an insight-driven, data-based approach to product development.
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication with openness to feedback and constructive exchange on equal terms.
- Genuine interest in public administration as a target group and a high level of motivation and willingness to learn in transformational contexts.
- Fluent German (C1) and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
