Responsibilities
You identify staffing needs together with hiring managers, craft target-group-oriented job postings, and coordinate publishing across our recruiting channels
You are responsible for filling IT positions as well as specialist and leadership roles at the corporate headquarters
You manage the entire recruiting process from pre-selection through digital and in-person interviews to offer preparation and contract coordination
You support our HR Business Partners with administrative and operational tasks, e.g., contract preparation, and contribute your generalist HR expertise
Requirements
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in recruiting, ideally within an IT environment and in filling specialist and leadership positions
Confident communication with managers and candidates, and a structured, professional way of working
Knowledge of HR administrative processes, e.g., contract management or HR workflows, and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond recruiting
Independent, solution-oriented working style and the ability to maintain a clear overview when managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
Enjoyment of collaborating within a central recruiting team and proactive contribution to its development
