Responsibilities
Impactful content: Development, planning and execution of high-quality social media content for our corporate career channels
Editorial planning & implementation: Full responsibility for editorial scheduling, topic development, copywriting, visual style and content production
Central point of contact: You will be the primary contact for over 100 AGAPLESION facilities across Germany for social media, employer branding and career communication
Creative freedom: Room for your own ideas, formats and bold approaches
Monitoring & optimization: Analysis of relevant KPIs, trend monitoring and continuous development of our social media strategy
Projects & campaigns: Collaboration on video and photo productions, building campaigns and developing new, innovative content formats
Requirements
Professional background: Vocational training or a degree in social media, marketing, communications, media, design or a comparable qualification
Practical experience: Entry-level to solid experience in social media management, content creation or employer branding — ideally with a portfolio or work samples
Creativity: A good sense for trends, storytelling, visual language and digital communication
Tools & execution: Confident use of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud as well as social media tools
Working style: Structured, independent and at the same time collaborative way of working
Personality: Communicative, proactive and open
