Responsibilities
Configurar y mantener los sistemas de Contact Center de los distintos clientes
Realizar el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias técnicas en los sistemas de Contact Center
Colaborar en la implementación de nuevas soluciones y tecnologías en los sistemas de Contact Center
Realizar tareas de monitorización y optimización de los sistemas para garantizar su eficiencia y rendimiento
Dar soporte técnico de Nivel 2 a las distintas plataformas
Ejecutar y controlar los trabajos: si son manuales con la ejecución de comandos y si son automáticos realizando su seguimiento
Comunicar y resolver las incidencias en la ejecución de los trabajos y del entorno
Requirements
Técnico Superior o titulación de Grado en alguna de las especialidades de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones
Capacidad para trabajar en proyectos con tecnologías especializadas de última generación
Habilidad para dar soporte técnico y resolver problemas relacionados con los sistemas de Contact Center
Capacidad para adaptarse y trabajar en entornos de constante transformación digital
Experiencia en configuración y administración de sistemas de virtualización
Conocimientos de UCCE Cisco
Conocimientos de CUCM, IVR, Gateway, UCCX, Virtualización
Conocimientos de distribución de llamadas y enrutamiento
