Responsibilities
- The Delivery Manager (DM) sits within the Delivery department under the Engineering/CTO function. The DM works closely with the Software Development Team Leader for a specific component within the AeviPay ecosystem. Positioned between the software development team and the broader business, the DM manages deliveries and releases from the development team. This role parallels that of an IT Project Manager but with a focus on regular deliveries and releases from teams developing individual components that contribute to the AeviPay ecosystem.We seek a professional well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience managing software deliveries and liaising with various roles within a software company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software delivery management within a complex ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Background in software development or software architecture.
- Ability to manage and deliver products for international markets and multiple customers.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and experience coordinating QA activities.
