About the role

  • Sr. Sales Finance Business Partner providing financial leadership and decision support for NA Food business. Co-creating business plans and ensuring achievement of financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and decision support for the NA Food US business
  • Ensure achievement of NSV target and that trade fund investments stay within budget
  • Co-create business plans and challenge/review assumptions
  • Drive sustainable value creation and ensure proper accounting of trade and sales overheads
  • Manage trade budget accurately and at an appropriate level of detail
  • Support in ad-hoc activities and customer individual offers via financial evaluation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related
  • Master’s degree (MBA or MS) preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (Food/Bev, CPG preferred)
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Strong understanding of trade investment mechanics, ROI modeling, and promotional effectiveness
  • Familiarity with SRM/RGM frameworks (pricing, promo, mix, pack architecture, trade terms)
  • Experience with trade budget systems, ERP platforms
  • Power BI, Tableau experience is preferred
