Responsibilities
Lead strategic finance transformation projects for the Group: oversee a region or country, manage a team of enablers, and present to and engage stakeholders in the change
Conduct organizational and process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and operational bottlenecks
Ensure project governance and coordinate stakeholders to structure improvement opportunities in line with business needs and Finance's strategic objectives
Develop, structure, and maintain multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with the Finance strategy for your scope
Design and manage communication activities targeted at key stakeholders and top management
Requirements
Around 7 years of professional experience, or at minimum 5 years in Finance Transformation, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
Strong experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and multiple geographic regions
Very good understanding of Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay; experience in FP&A is a plus)
Proven ability to work autonomously while aligning and influencing senior, international stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and rigorous approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive and support change
Proactive, adaptable and results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a major asset
