About the role

  • Project Manager in charge of technical project management for battery energy storage and hydrogen production. Leading project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects with respect to schedule, cost, quality and organization
  • Technically assess and coordinate interfaces between system components
  • Support development projects in the areas of battery energy storage and green hydrogen production
  • Get involved early in customer orders to ensure tailored proposal preparation
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase for customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Create and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Procure and outsource project-related products and services in coordination with Purchasing and Engineering
  • Organize and lead project meetings and continuously monitor progress
  • Perform ongoing project evaluation and report on results
  • Initiate measures to improve the variable margin and ensure project outcomes
  • Manage risks and oversee approval processes as well as project documentation
  • Organize and partly conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Monitor and manage contract deviations with respect to time, scope, quality and costs
  • Support the tendering phase by providing relevant information on request

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional experience in a technical environment and in project management
  • Basic knowledge of commercial and contract law
  • Proficient with common computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Team player with a high willingness to cooperate
  • Self-initiative, assertiveness and a solution-oriented working style
  • Resilient and able to work efficiently and purposefully under time pressure
  • Good German and English language skills
