Responsibilities
- Je vertaal **business- en marketingdoelstellingen** (groei, leadgeneratie, retentie, conversie, customer lifetime value) naar **schaalbare** en **toekomstbestendige** **technologische roadmaps**.
- Je helpt klanten begrijpen **waarom marketing cruciaal is voor business KPI’s**, en hoe technologie dit kan ondersteunen en versnellen.
- Je ontwerpt en begeleidt **marketing automation- en martech-oplossingen**(CRM, CDP, DXP, CMS, campagnes, personalisatie, tracking, reporting).
- Je bent vertrouwd met het concept van composable architecture, API Management en Security.
- Je navigeert vlot tussen **management, marketingteams en IT/dev(ops) **en stemt strategie, processen en technologie op elkaar af.
- Je fungeert als **trusted advisor **voor zowel business- als marketing stakeholders, met een sterke focus op meetbaarheid en impact.
- Je begeleidt implementaties en coacht teams in het correct gebruik van tooling, datamodellen en best practices.
- Samen met andere architecten en consultants bouw je mee aan **referentie-architecturen **voor marketing, data en customer experience over verschillende projecten heen.
Requirements
- Een **hybride profiel** – of duidelijk onderweg daarnaartoe – met een sterke technische basis én een scherp begrip van marketing en business.
- Inzicht in hoe **marketing KPI’s** (ROI, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, attribution) rechtstreeks gelinkt zijn aan bredere bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Ervaring met of een uitgesproken interesse in **marketing automation, CRM, data & analytics, customer journeys en personalisatie**.
- **Basiskennis van architectuurprincipes, integraties en datastromen**; diepgaande expertise in data, cloud of integratie vormt een duidelijke meerwaarde.
- Een combinatie van **analytisch denkvermogen en een pragmatische mindset**, gericht op het ontwerpen van haalbare oplossingen met meetbare impact.
- Vlotte communicatie in **Nederlands en Engels**, met het vermogen om complexe technische of marketingconcepten helder te vertalen naar niet-technische stakeholders.
