- Experience as a trusted architectural advisor to senior executives
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models
- Experience working with delivery teams, partners, and vendors
- Ability to apply structured change and adoption approaches, including ADKAR
- Collaborative, outcome-focused leadership style
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional European language is a plus
