About the role

  • Strategic Product Marketing Lead driving revenue growth in Adobe through Firefly monetization strategy. Influencing teams across functions while implementing AI/ML innovations within the creative ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Firefly monetization strategy
  • Lead global roll-out of new plans & pricing
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with product, design, finance
  • Provide executive influence and strategic updates
  • Develop deep market intelligence on the Firefly business and Gen AI

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, growth marketing, or strategy consulting
  • Experienced senior-level PMM in creative industries
  • Strong quantitative skills in pricing and growth
  • Deep experience in running experiments
  • Strong EQ and leadership ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
