About the role

  • Sales Representative assisting clients with new business development for Tokio Marine. Focused on achieving sales KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve the new business and/or renewal segments, contributing to the area's sales targets;
  • Collaborate to achieve sales KPIs by pursuing business opportunities generated through special initiatives suggested by partner teams and brokers;
  • Provide operational support for all products sold to highlight our differentiators and stimulate interest in our insurance offerings;
  • Address more complex issues that require detailed analysis and/or identifying solutions that encourage customers/brokers to close with us.

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed);
  • Experience in sales;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
