Responsibilities
Continuously improve sales processes, training, and performance development for the sales team
Identify bottlenecks and development opportunities to increase conversion rates
Lead initiatives related to postgraduate products
Create and maintain up-to-date team documentation
Identify and develop materials and training that are actively used by sales representatives
Structure and monitor a training schedule, ensuring measurement of results for each action
Manage sales tools, monitoring metrics, use cases, and outcomes
Provide regular feedback to sales and customer service teams
Monitor and promote continuous improvement of the sales process
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and product teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
Experience with a CRM platform
Experience with WhatsApp customer service platforms (Blip is a plus)
Data analysis skills: ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills
Experience in consultative selling
Knowledge of sales methodologies
