About the role

  • Analista de Sales Enablement improving sales processes and training for +A Educação’s sales team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance conversion and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve sales processes, training, and performance development for the sales team
  • Identify bottlenecks and development opportunities to increase conversion rates
  • Lead initiatives related to postgraduate products
  • Create and maintain up-to-date team documentation
  • Identify and develop materials and training that are actively used by sales representatives
  • Structure and monitor a training schedule, ensuring measurement of results for each action
  • Manage sales tools, monitoring metrics, use cases, and outcomes
  • Provide regular feedback to sales and customer service teams
  • Monitor and promote continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and product teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
  • Experience with a CRM platform
  • Experience with WhatsApp customer service platforms (Blip is a plus)
  • Data analysis skills: ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
