Responsibilities
Assist in delivering client campaigns and retail activation activities from planning through implementation
Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and clients
Manage and update project timelines, budgets, and documentation
Escalate issues and support resolution of delivery challenges
Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams to align workstreams
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client reviews
Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and process standards
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and client engagement

Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, client services, or agency delivery
Print and POS experience
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Commercially aware with budget management experience
Italian or French language skills are a bonus
Accountable, structured, and solutions-focused; calm under pressure
Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Collaborative, proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable
Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
In-market role: based in the client’s office daily
Experience across shopper, trade, or retail channels preferred
