Responsibilities
Lead the IBP process throughout the region.
Create Margin analysis of the range to improve the market's contribution.
Generate open to buy for all the countries.
Manage the validation of the buying volume of the countries.
Deploy the most accurate volume forecast for purchase.
Owns the inventory management of the market.
Drive the clearance process throughout the seven countries.
Lead the validation of the IBP process between Country, Region and Global.
Develop the best planning team regionally and locally.
Generate proper reporting throughout countries, LAM and functions.
Requirements
12 years experience.
Minimum of 8 years management experience required.
Highly specialized level of business acumen in retail is a must.
Extensive depth of theoretical knowledge and organizational practice or expertise across several disciplines.
