About the role

  • Finance Leadership Program for early career associates in finance at Carrier. Rotational program including mentoring and collaboration across various finance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Rotations designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions including Controllers & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations / Factory Finance
  • Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company
  • Continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience including trainings, events, and case studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.5
  • Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel 10%
  • To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate of the degree in the relevant field
