Responsibilities
- Rotations designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions including Controllers & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations / Factory Finance
- Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company
- Continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience including trainings, events, and case studies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.5
- Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel 10%
- To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate of the degree in the relevant field
