Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for financial modeling of companies and assets for acquisition, focusing on modeling, due diligence and contract assessment, as well as capital allocation projects such as investments and asset buy/sell transactions.
- In addition, they will be responsible for carrying out various support processes (e.g., preparing presentations for committees).
Requirements
- Advanced financial modeling – proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or tools such as Power BI, VBA, Python, or similar.
- Due diligence – knowledge of auditing, risk analysis and company assessment.
- Contract evaluation – critical reading and interpretation of contractual clauses.
- Investment analysis, corporate finance and valuation – use of methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, etc.
- Preparation of executive presentations – proficiency with PowerPoint and financial storytelling.
- Knowledge of M&A (mergers and acquisitions) – practical experience or specialized training is desirable.
