Finance Lead Process Expert coordinating employee shareholder schemes and high balance operations. Supporting HR and legal departments for overall governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Human Resources and Legal departments on all essential aspects related to employee share ownership across our geographies.
Handle matters related to the group’s major balance-sheet transactions (real estate, structured financings, etc.).
Ensure the financial monitoring of employee share ownership funds.
Manage balance-sheet operations related to share ownership (projections and valuations, rebalancing operations, share disposals, etc.).
Support legal teams in the financial structuring of the various employee share ownership transactions.
Ensure compliance with the financial management framework and the governance of shareholding-related structures.
Organize and oversee the engagement of external experts (valuers, actuaries, statutory auditors).
Review the accounting and financial statements of the legal entities that support the share ownership schemes.
Support HR teams in the financial communication and management of employee share ownership, notably in the context of the annual general meeting.
Monitor and analyze investment dynamics associated with sharing policies to anticipate financial needs.
Design financial models and determine the budget envelopes for plans.
Perform valuation reviews and provide ongoing monitoring of active plans.
Provide support to subsidiary finance directors during accounting closes and budget exercises.
Ensure correct accounting of financial flows in collaboration with the consolidation team.
Support the onboarding of new companies into the share ownership scheme.
Define and optimize current and future financial processes in the context of growth and restructuring.
Model and analyze the financial impacts of projects.
Contribute to drafting the specifications for the employee share management tool.
Requirements
You have a strong financial background and hold a Master’s degree (e.g., Master 2) in Corporate Finance or equivalent.
You have at least 10 years’ experience within a finance department and proven hands-on experience with employee share ownership schemes and their regulatory framework.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess financial risks.
Experience contributing to large-scale transformation projects within international groups.
Committed, organized and able to manage priorities.
