Responsibilities
- Support mission-critical, real-time operational platforms
- Work closely with operations teams, field personnel, and business stakeholders
- Maintain accurate configurations and system modeling information
- Develop, support, and quality control of application user interfaces
- Discover and analyze issues with application configuration, data integrity, and system integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with application support
- PowerShell and .NET C# experience
- Security patch management and software deployment knowledge
- Computer networks experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to understand technical environments to support real-time or mission-critical operational systems
- Ability to collect and analyze data to figure out the root cause for issues.
