About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain pipelines for contracts, billing, cancellations, and renewals (coordinating with Legal and Finance).
- Update Monday.com with key client information — e.g., registration details, invoices, and delivery status.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IT), ensuring all parties receive what they need.
- Monitor and manage a dedicated email inbox, triaging and forwarding requests to the appropriate owners.
- Register and keep the customer database up to date on the Multichannel platform.
- Produce regular reports on activity status and outstanding items.
- Use AI tools to increase productivity in operational routines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Organized individual with strong attention to detail, good written communication, and solid process-management skills.
- Ability to build relationships across different teams and handle multiple fronts with agility and responsibility.
- Genuine interest in learning the inner workings of a Research operation in the financial market.
- Familiarity with, or a real interest in, using Artificial Intelligence in daily work (not just as curiosity, but as an execution tool).
- Curious profile that tests new tools and seeks more efficient ways of working.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Monday.com, and digital platforms in general.
- Availability to intern in São Paulo — hybrid model.
- Experience with or exposure to AI tools will be considered a relevant advantage.
