- Oversight of SLA adherence and deliverables.
- Adherence to the Salesforce, Policy Admin (UW) systems and Reinsurance Quality Review procedures.
- Monitoring workloads of MN Operations support team to ensure proper distribution of work during peak periods.
- Maintain and enhance standardized processes for incident management, change control, and escalation, ensuring consistent service delivery worldwide.
- Address processing queries from the Multinational team, underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
