Responsibilities
- Attending job qualification meetings with our clients to understand the requirements for each role.
- Advertising job vacancies on our own ATS/Website and external channels.
- Sourcing for candidates on the company database, LinkedIn and various job boards
- Comprehensive interviewing of candidates to ascertain skill set, knowledge and requirements
- Matching suitable candidates to vacancies and coordinating interviews with our clients.
- Providing international candidates with interview preparation, career guidance and market advice
- Account management of high profile international corporate clients and developing these clients into exclusive partners via great service and successes.
- Visits to clients’ premises in order to fully understand their business, culture, recruitment needs and preferred methods of business
- Participating in networking and social events in order to promote Adams and attract new clients/candidates
Requirements
- You have a University degree (at least HBO thinking level)
- You have a minimum of 1-year recent experience in recruitment. Without this experience we are unable to accept your application
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with targets
- You have some experience in a multicultural or international environment
- You are resilient, positive and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are thick skinned and don’t take rejections or setbacks personally.
- You are a real multitasker with a good capability to prioritize different tasks
- You have a great sense of humour and a positive outlook on career and life.
- You speak English at a native or fluent level.
- You are active on social media and have great networking skills.
