About the role

  • Liaise with assignees, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of mobility services
  • Supports all annual and quarterly equity grant activities
  • Supports administration of all non-qualified deferred compensation plans
  • Support the annual compensation cycle including merit, bonus, long-term incentive, and non-qualified deferred compensation plan processes
  • Participates in compensation and mobility surveys, supports M&A transactions, and pay equity analyses

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of executive compensation experience
  • At least 2 years of global mobility experience
  • 1 year of equity administration experience
  • Familiarity with equity compensation plans
  • Domestic and international knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs
  • Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plans
  • Knowledge of third-party equity administration systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
