Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professional fundraisers to discover, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual contributors.
- Manage major gifts fundraising ($10,000+).
- Oversee individual giving programs and operational functions of the Development team.
- Support relationships managed by the CDO and Executive Director.
- Responsible for individual giving revenue goals of $1.5 million annually.
- Mentor, train, and coach a team of fundraisers.
- Ensure clean and thorough Development data management and donor stewardship program.
Requirements
- 8+ years related experience in a nonprofit development environment, or a high level of transferable experience.
- Experience in team management, including managing toward metrics- and data-informed growth.
- Demonstrated success in soliciting gifts of $100,000+
- Fully digital literate, including Microsoft & Google products, and online meeting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other Development databases.
