About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish, govern and enhance the EHSS data management, reporting and second-line assurance program.
- Oversee integrity, security, and accessibility of EHSS data across the company.
- Analyze EHSS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support development and maintenance of EHSS performance metrics, dashboards, and performance benchmarking.
- Manage execution of the formal risk-based second-line assurance program centered on process safety management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing health and safety functions within complex organizations.
- Progressive leadership positions in health and safety positions in the agricultural, mining, chemical processing, or transportation industries.
- Proven experience in implementing and enhancing safety information systems, metrics, and dashboards.
- Exceptional analytical skills utilized to inform leadership of trends, risks and opportunities for safety related enhancements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
