About the role

  • Recruiter managing the entire recruitment process and developing innovative strategies for talent acquisition. Collaborating with business units and leaders at Actemium in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Support our business units throughout the entire recruiting process and act as a sparring partner for managers.
  • Optimize existing recruiting channels and identify new ways to attract skilled professionals and junior talent.
  • Create engaging job postings and contribute your expertise to selection processes.
  • Plan and implement innovative recruiting strategies — from concept to execution.
  • Identify suitable candidates and proactively approach them.
  • Represent us as an attractive employer at career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration (preferably with a focus on HR) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in recruiting or a similar role, ideally in structurally weak regions and for technical occupations
  • Creativity, affinity for digital media, and enthusiasm for attracting talent
  • High level of initiative, strong communication skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
  • Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel for occasional business trips and trade fair assignments
