Responsibilities
Support our business units throughout the entire recruiting process and act as a sparring partner for managers.
Optimize existing recruiting channels and identify new ways to attract skilled professionals and junior talent.
Create engaging job postings and contribute your expertise to selection processes.
Plan and implement innovative recruiting strategies — from concept to execution.
Identify suitable candidates and proactively approach them.
Represent us as an attractive employer at career fairs and recruiting events.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey.
Requirements
Degree in business administration (preferably with a focus on HR) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in recruiting or a similar role, ideally in structurally weak regions and for technical occupations
Creativity, affinity for digital media, and enthusiasm for attracting talent
High level of initiative, strong communication skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
Class B driving license
Willingness to travel for occasional business trips and trade fair assignments
