- Plan and implement innovative recruiting strategies — from concept to execution.
- Identify suitable candidates and proactively approach them.

Requirements
- Degree in business administration (preferably with a focus on HR) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in recruiting or a similar role, ideally in structurally weak regions and for technical occupations
- Creativity, affinity for digital media, and enthusiasm for attracting talent
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips and trade fair assignments
