About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Assist the sales team to improve customer satisfaction, including issue resolution, billing, invoicing, order processing, legal coordination, and contract implementation.
  • Onboard and execute sales closes and navigate any roadblocks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the sales team, key customers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales team and implement best practices.
  • Provide support for onboarding and all steps of the sale.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel or similar software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
